Product Description:
- This ELM327 USB has full support to Ford specific diagnostic protocol MS-CAN.
- Majority of modern Ford modules are accessible only through this protocol.
- Some modules also allow OBD2/EOBD access but data refresh rate is much higher through Ford protocol (MS-CAN).
- Constant speed has been set 500000 baud (500kBit).
- This setting is recommended for most modern Fords.
- If your vehicle does not support high speed data transfer,you can easily change speed back to default 38400 baud.
Besides added functionality for Ford, this device works as normal OBD2/EOBD code reader on all supported vehicles.

Note:
- No software is included with this device because it is free to download and use for everybody.
- If you are not sure about bidding, please download software yourself and try it out BEFORE you bid.
- Both Ford software have Demo mode, you will get good idea of options and capabilities even without device.
Attention:There is different versions of this device out there.Most of them work fine with Forscan because this software does not require setting constant speed.
For ELMconfig, FoCCCus,FF2 software you need device on which you can set speed manually if you want 100% functionality.
Constant speed has been set to 500 kbit. Like this one here for example.So it there is no mention of constant speed in title or description, then probably you cannot set it. And therefore it is useless when it comes to ELMconfig etc.
If you have doubts, always ask seller before buying.
