The touch sensor is based on TTP223-BA6 capacitance touch sensor. It can be touched with finger. You can slso touch the metal structure and sensor metal. The sensivity is fixed in a proper position. If you want to adjust it, you can try to change R3 snd C4. It needs 0.5 seconds to check the activity itself. But don't touch the sensor during this process.
