Feature:
W25Q series of clock frequency can reach 80MHZ,equivalent to read rate is 320 million bits per second, which is the standard 50MHZ serial flash transfer rates more than six times. At the samem time, the number of clocks for each reading instruction decreased from 40 to 12,and further reduced by70% of the "random read" command load.

Parameter:
- W25Q series chip performance parameters are similar, the working voltage of W25Q16/32/40/80/128 is DC2.7V to 3.6V.

Basic operation:
All of IO port have led, the uaer can choose SPI communication method according to their needs.
The user can write and read data, the data ro be read can see via the aerial port.
For explain tersely, select LC W25Q16 module and STM62 ARM development board for SPI communicatuion, read the W2516 chip ID and any write and read data.
Select atandard SPI interface, that's CS, SCK, MISO,MOSI

LC W2Q16 module and STM32 ARM development board, connection ports are as follows:
PA4-SPII-NSS: W25X16-CS
PA5-SPII-SCK: W25X16-CLK
PA6-SPII-MISO: W25X16-DO
PA7-SPII-MOSI: W25X16-DIO
let the serial port of  STM32 ARM development board connect to PC, open "Serial Assistant"software, set baud rate to 115200. Reset ARM development board, you can detect the ID No. of W25Q16.
