Application:

- For broadband amplifier: it is applicable to some broadband amplifiers do not have DC blocking capacitors inside and require power supply at the output end; and some amplifiers have integrated capacitors internally, eliminating the need for additional bias tee.
- Fiber optic communication, laser driven: the driving current required for the laser diode is injected through the DC port of the bias tee; communication data is injected through the RF port.

Principle:
- The broadband amplifier feeding circuit is affected by parasitic capacitance parameters at high frequencies, resulting in a sharp decline in performance. Therefore, Bias Tee needs to be used for feeding.
- Bias Tee consists of ultra wideband, nearly idealized, high-frequency inductors and capacitors without resonance points.
- DC isolation capacitor: DC isolation to prevent DC voltage leakage to subsequent circuits or testing instruments.
- High frequency inductance: Isolates communication information and prevents high-frequency signals from leaking into the power supply system.
