Description:
Mitsubishi FX2n-4AD is FX2n series PLC analog input module. It has four channels CH1~CH4, each channel can perform AD conversion, the resolution is 12 bits, and the acquisition signal voltage is -10V~ +10V, resolution 5mV. When the current is input, it is 4~20mA or -20~20mA, and the resolution is 20uA. The FX2n-4AD has 32 16-bit buffer registers (BMF) internally for exchanging data with the host. The FX2n-4AD occupies 8 points of the FX2n expansion bus and consumes 5V and 30mA.

Circuit Wiring of FX2N-4AD:
The FX2n-4AD is connected to the PLC main unit via an extension cable, and the external connections of the four channels vary depending on the external input voltage or current amount.
The following points should be noted:
1. When the external input is a voltage quantity signal, the + and - poles of the signal are connected to the modules V+ and VI- respectively.
2. If the external input is a current amount signal, you need to connect V+ and I+.
3. If there is excessive interference signal, connect the FG end of the system chassis to the ground of the FX2n-4AD.

FX2N-4AD Performance:
1. Power Supply: The external power supply of the FX2n-4AD is 24V, and the fluctuations up and down must not exceed 2.4V and the current is 55mA.

- The input voltage is -10V~+10V. If the absolute value exceeds 15V, the unit can be damaged.
- The 12-bit conversion result is stored in two's complement form. The maximum value is 2047 and the minimum value is -2048.
- The resolution voltage is 1/2000, 5mV, and the current is 1/1000, 20uA.
- The overall accuracy is 1%.
- Conversion speed is 6~15ms.
