Q1: How to choose the power source?
A1: The board's power supply is critical. The higher the voltage, the greater the current and the more output power. If you only have a 12V / 1A power supply, you can use it with 3-4 inch speakers.If you use a power supply above 19V / 5A, it can match 8-10" speakers. Please pay attention to your power supply. If the voltage is too low, it will easily cause sound distortion after the sound is amplified. If the current is too small, it does not work with your speakers, and even make voltage decreased, and it will work abnormally or the sound quality will be worsened.

It is recommended to use 18V/ 19V/ 24V power supply with current above 5A. If you only have 9V/12V or 1A/2A power supply, it can also be used but the power is too small. Please note that the maximum volume may be distorted when using, which will affect the sound quality.

Q2: How to choose a speaker?
A2: The commonly used speakers are generally 8 ohms. Speakers can be positive or negative polarity, the effect is the same. 4 ohm speakers can also be used. It can also be used if your speaker power is low and between 10W-30W. A smaller power supply voltage can prevent speakers from being burned after amplifying the sound, so a power supply below 15V might be used. If you are using a 50W-300w speaker, don't worry about the speaker burning out. You can choose a 12-24V power supply. The higher the selected power voltage, the greater the sound or power that can be output.

Q3: How to connection Bluetooth?
A3: Power on the amplifier board, connect to your speaker, rotate the volume knob, and Blue indicator is lit. Open your phone settings-Bluetooth-search for "BT-WUZHI", and then click to connect. When it connects successfully, there will be a ding dong sound. Now it is in Bluetooth mode, you can play music. It will automatically reconnect with your phone next time it is powered on.

Q4: Why there is muddy sound when the sound becomes louder?
A4: For the sound is distorted, please change your power adapter with a higher voltage level.

Q5: Why the sound is catchy after the sound becomes louder?
A5: Due to insufficient input power, your power supply itself is intermittently protected against power failure. Please replace your power supply with a higher power. Or because of too large power, the power amp board generates heat seriously, and a thermal protection situation occurs. Please reduce the power or check if the heat sink fits well to enhance heat dissipation.
