Function Highlights:
1. Open circuit voltage (20-330VDC) can be manually and steplessly pre-adjusted, intelligently and fully automatically adapt to the LED light source voltage during testing
2. When the output voltage is preset to 20V or below, the voltage parameters of various IC power supply pins can be tested offline with 1mA current, and the IC can be simply judged whether it is good or bad. When testing a single lamp bead, it will not burn the lamp
3. The maximum short-circuit limit current (20-150mA) can be manually and steplessly pre-adjusted, and the current is intelligent and fully automatic during testing
4. Regardless of high-voltage light strip or low-voltage light strip, it can be safely and super-highly lit (currently original on the market)
5. Special 1mA precision wide voltage (0-330V) constant current source output is added, so you can develop various clever applications by yourself. For example, the forward and reverse voltages of diodes, Zener tubes, transistors, MOS tubes, etc., the withstand voltage or breakdown voltage of capacitor varistors below 330V, TVS transient diodes, etc.
6. Can test constant current board. If your TV has only one set of light strips, that is to say, there are only 2 incoming and outgoing wires, which cannot be judged by voltage comparison, you can directly test the quality of the constant current board to determine whether it is the backlight or the constant current board failure, so as to truly achieve comprehensive screen test without disassembling your screen

Test Constant Current Driver Board:
Test conditions: The light strip has no open circuit, it can be lit with a tester. But it works normally when connecting to a constant current board.
A. Unplug the plug that connects the constant current board to the light strip;
B. Connect the positive and negative poles of the constant current board power supply to the instrument correctly with a dedicated connection line;
C. Insert the tester's output test leads into the positive and negative poles of the light strip in the same line;
D. Turn on the power of TV;
E. Look at the parameters. If the voltage is 20-300V, the current is 30-999MA, and the light strip is normally lit, the constant current board is normal and the light strip is broken; vice versa.
