Description:

- The CNC six axis port board (Ver3.4) has been optimized to meet the requirements of connecting CNC software through computer parallel ports, controlling CNC equipment, and mutual I/O functions. The use of an onboard DC-DC isolated power supply ensures complete isolation of the optocoupler's front and rear circuits even when powered by a single power source (DC 12V-24V). Surface mount components are commonly used, and large-area grounding and copper-clad PCB designs are employed to ensure the electrical stability of the product. The interface board uses connectors for input and output connections, making installation and use more convenient.

- Fully supports upper computer software such as MACH3 that supports parallel port control.
- All input and output signals are optically isolated, and the signal output frequency can reach 10M.
- Charge pump function, without charge pump pulses, the signal cannot be output. These functions solve the problem of uncertain tripping of relays when the computer is turned on. (That is to say, the interface board can only output when the MACH3 software is opened)

- The limit switch is directly connected to the logic circuit. When the logic circuit is in the limit position, it will forcibly turn off the step pulse moving towards the limit position, and only allow movement away from the limit switch direction. This can prevent possible collision accidents caused by computer crashes.
