- We supply a SLIM scale on cross slide in this kit.Our slim scale is perhaps one of the slimmest on the market.
- Max travel of slim scale is 320 mm/12.5".Maximal travel of scale on longitudinal axis is limited to 950 mm/37 1/2.If you need scales longer than 950 mm,please contact us.

Scales:
- Travel of regular scales:150 mm,200 mm, 250 mm, 300 mm, 350 mm, 400 mm, 450 mm, 500 mm, 550 mm, 600 mm, 650 mm, 700 mm, 750 mm, 800 mm, 850 mm, 900 mm and 950 mm
- Travel of slim scales:120 mm, 170 mm, 220 mm, 270 mm and 320 mm
- One inch equals to 25.4 mm.You may choose one regular scale and one slim scale in the lengths above.
- Scale length refers to effective travel.Actual end to end overall physical length is 145 mm longer than travel for regular scales and 112 mm longer than travel for slim scales.

We also supply special scales:
- Long glass scales up to 3000 mm travel;
- Magnetic scales up to 10 meter travel;
- "1 um/ 0.00004" high resolution scale.Please contact us for price.

Scale covers and backing plates:
- Covers will be provided for all the scales in the kit
- The models/shapes of covers are determined by the position of installation on the machine.Cover for X axis scale is different from that on Z axis
- Backing plate (mounting bar) for scales shorter than 500 mm travel on Z axis.
- Backing plate (attached to the cover) will be provided for slim X axis scale on cross slide

Brackets and screws for fitting reading heads:
- Brackets in the photo are provided for illustration only.Different machines and installation on different axes may need different types of brackets.We will supply brackets for fitting 2 scale reading heads on lathe cross slide table and back of lathe bed
- One package of screws and washers will be supplied for each scale.
