Note:  The controller is used for DC 48V 500W the brushless motor,not used for the brushed motor,The brushless motor has 3 phase motor lines.Please make sure that your application when you place the order.

Operation Notice:
- Connect power,motor,and throttle,and power lock,but not connect the Hall lines.Connect the adaptive learning wire
Switch on the power lock,roll the throttle.If the motor works well,connect the Hall lines
- If the motor rolling reversely,disconnect the adaptive learning wire and check the motor again,before connecting the Hall wire.

Wires Interface Definition:
- Battery: Thick Black (Power Negative)/Thick Red (Power Positive)
- Power Lock: Thin Red(power lock)
- Motor: Thick Green(Phase lines)/Thick Yellow (Phase lines)/Thick Blue (Phase lines)
- Motor Hall lines: Red(+5V)/Black(Negative)/thin Yellow(Hall lines)/thin blue(Hall lines)/thin green(Hall)
- Adaptive Learning: Thin white /Thin white, connect  together
- Brake(High): Thin yellow(Brake signal)
- Brake(Low):Thin Purple(Brake signal)/Thin Black(Brake Negative)
- Throttle: Thin Red(Throttle Positive)/Thin Black(Throttle negative)/Thin Green(Throttle signal)
- Instrument: Thin Green(Instrument signal)
- Cruise: Thin Blue(Cruise Signal)/Thin Black(Cruise negative) ,connect  together
