Application Scope
- This induction sealing machine is suitable for the sealing of flat cap with screw thread for glass bottlesand non-metal bottles.Cover without screw, or the cap dia. between 20mm and 100mm. It's suitable for middle or small-lot sealing operation.
It's unsuitable for metal containers.It's unsuitable to be used in high pH value, humid and
dusty ,etc,terrible environment for long time.
Sealing Steps
1.Cover the bottle with inductive film(the surface with aluminum foil aligns with the opening of the bottle);
2.Press the button at the top of inductive head;
3.open the bottle cover to check.
