Description:
The circuit board of this spot welder can be used for welding 18650/26650/32650 lithium batteries. It is portable, stable, reliable, durable, and cost-effective. It can be connected to your car starter battery, or a high-power battery pack. Just connect it and you can use it!
Users need to prepare their own 12V battery for power supply, and the welding current is about 100A~200A. It is suitable for common 0.1mm~0.15mm nickel-plated sheets. Please make sure that your battery can have a current greater than 100A, otherwise it fails to weld!
Features:
- 2MM long-life soldering needle adopts cold pressing process. With extremely low internal resistance, it can withstand extremely high temperatures
- Super soft silicone wires can be bent at will, making operation easier
- 35CM soldering pens make it more convenient to weld
- Fastening screws adopt non-slip flange nuts and Phillips screws to increase the area which current passes
- Cold pressing process and large-area contact pure copper joints can effectively reduce internal resistance
Parameters:

- Working current: 100-200A (best current: 150A. Discharge below 100A, it will not work)
A battery with a large discharge current will directly affect the welding effect. The following batteries are recommended:
* 36-45ah Lead-acid battery with good performance and small internal resistance (internal resistance is less than 10 milliohms, discharge current is greater than 100A), such as a new car starter battery!
* 4000mah 35C-8000mah 30C 3S model airplane lithium battery pack
* 30-35ah capacity 18650 battery pack
Power Supply Requirements:
- Spot welding uses the principle of rapid local heating and cooling with high current, and requires sufficient current supply. Generally, the current of 0.1-0.15 nickel-plated sheet welding is about 90-150A, so the working power supply of the circuit board must be greater than or equal to 150A.
- The following battery packs can be used as working power sources: 12V car starter power, 3S high-rate battery pack for model airplane, three-string high-rate lithium battery pack, 409003 string battery pack for Hitachi, lead-acid batteries with good performance above 12V20A.
- Calculation formula: capacity x discharge rate = load capacity. Take 4000ma aeromodelling battery as an example, the discharge rate is 45C (4Ax45C=180A).
