Simple Way to Measure Speed:
- Tick marks on the LP record weight are used to measure speed. The record stabilizer is marked with 50-33 and 50-45 (denotes 50Hz 33RPM and 50Hz-45RPM). When a 33RPM LP disc is used and record player is working, you can see if the 50-33 tick marks are clearly visible. If the rotational speed is uniform and the scale marks are clearly visible, this proves that the rotational speed is normal, which is about 33RPM. If the tick marks are blurry or in a line, the rotational speed is incorrect.
- This test method is only carried out without any precision instrument measurements. Since the physical measurement method is used, there will be errors. The results of the test are for reference only.
