32MR Programmable Logic Controller Board 0-3.3V Y0-Y17 16 Relay Outputs Compatible with FX1N Series PLC

- The difference between MR and MRT is that the relay outputs of Y0 and Y1 have been replaced with open collector outputs, which are convenient for pulse output and applications with stepper motors.
Precaution:
- This board has one built-in AD and one built-in DA. In situations where two ADs are needed, DA can be converted to AD. When D5080 is 1, DA becomes AD, and the AD signal is input from the DOUT pin.
- The input range is 0-3.3V. To change it to 0-10V, please add two resistors (10K, 5.1K) to divide the voltage.
- Adding one statement MOV K1 D5080 in the program can convert DA to AD, and the data register for AD is D5032.
- Tips: Some customers have reported that downloading programs is slow. By default, the length of the downloaded program is 8000 steps, but in reality, most customers write programs that do not exceed 2000 steps. Therefore, by setting it in the programming software, the download speed can be increased by 4 times.
- The setting method is as follows: After clicking the + sign before the parameter in the program data list, the PLC parameter will appear. Double click the PLC parameter to open the parameter setting interface. In the parameter setting interface, set the memory capacity from 8000 to 2000.
- When programming with GX Developer software for Mitsubishi and when connected to a text screen, use a commercially available male to female one-to-one 9-pin communication cable (not included).
- This PLC has one built-in analog input AD, corresponding to the internal data register D5030 (not D8030).
