2. Stepper Motor Driver DM542A:
Description:
The new DM542A subdivision two-phase hybrid stepping motor driver is powered by DC 18~50V and is suitable for two-phase hybrid stepping motors with a drive voltage of 18V to 50V and a current of less than 4.0A and an outer diameter of 42 to 86 mm. The driver is subdivided by the current loop of the AC servo drive. The torque ripple of the motor is small, the low speed operation is smooth, and there is almost no vibration and noise. At high speeds, the torque is also much higher than other two-phase drivers, and the positioning accuracy is high. It is widely used in equipments with high resolution requirements such as engraving machines, CNC machine tools and packaging machinery.
