AD5933 Impedance Converter and Network Analyzer Module with 1M Sampling Rate and 12Bit Resolution

Description:

- The AD5933 is a high-precision impedance converter system solution that integrates a frequency generator and a 12-bit, 1-MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) on a chip. The signal generated by the frequency generator is used to stimulate the external complex impedance. The response signal of the external impedance is sampled by the on-chip ADC, and then processed by the on-chip DSP using discrete Fourier transform (DFT). The DFT algorithm returns a real part (R) data word and an imaginary part (I) data word at each frequency. Then, the impedance and phase values of the device under test can be calculated based on the real and imaginary data words.

Mode Configuration:

- Dual operational amplifier mode: Connect J1, J3, J4, and J5, disconnect J2, and J6, and add 8606 dual operational amplifier optimized signal link.
