Description:
- You need to provide your own 12V battery to power 20~60AH lead-acid batteries, which should not exceed 65Ah, otherwise there is a possibility of tube burning. The welding current is about 90A~150A, making it easy to weld common 0.1mm ~ 0.15mm nickel plated sheets. Now it has been upgraded to automatically trigger welding.
- The 12 transistor motherboard is composed of 12 field transistors with a power supply voltage of DC 12V (switching power supply is not allowed). The instantaneous current can reach 2000A~3000A, otherwise it cannot be soldered completely or firmly. The power supply voltage is DC 5V~12V, and if capacitors are used, two 2.7V3000UF can be connected in series.
- Copper nose wire is formed by cold pressing copper nose at both ends, with a black wire length of about 20CM, and a slightly longer red wire that can be connected to battery piles. Be sure to connect firmly and not overlap when using, loose contact can make welding weak.
- Note: This product cannot be soldered for a long time. When the motherboard or soldering pen is hot, it is recommended to let it cool before continuing to use. We will conduct a real test before shipping, and it is normal for the welding pen to have marks of being used.
