Operations
        Step1:  Adjust the different specifications of the product
- Turn off the power switch, loosen the lock nut on the supporting plate and move the workpiece size adjustment shaft outward. Remove the pressure head and the lower mold, put on needed to press the head and the next die, then adjust the diameter and height according to the following step 2 and step 3.
        Step2:  Adjust the workpiece diameter
- Loosen the lock nut on the supporting plate, under the premise that the press roller does not touch the upper pressure head (above the pressure head, the first pressing roller, the center of the workpiece size adjustment shaft into a three-point line). Press the roller to adjust the distance from the head about 2mm, tight the locking nut to 3 points. At this point to turn the handle to see if the distance between the second roller and the pressure head is the same as the distance between the first roller and the pressure head. If the distance between the two rollers to keep up with the pressure head is relatively large, then we need to use the eccentric shaft to adjust the distance between the two rollers to keep up with the pressure head. Generally, the first press wheel is closer to the upper pressure head than the second pressing wheel. (about 0.5mm). Once this step is finished, just use fine-tuning screws slowly inside to adjust. Under the normal circumstances, transferred to the first pressure roller distance on the head of about 0.5--0.8mm, the second pressure roller distance on the head about 0.8--1.2mm or so.  At this time, if the pressure roller is not ideal distance, re-use eccentric to adjust it again (this size depending on the effect) and then the lock nut lock.
        Step3:  Adjust the height of the workpiece
- Loosen the height adjusting rod nut, place the lifting handle on the ascent, put a jar and lid in it, adjust the height of the adjusting screw. Adjust up to the upper head just affixed to the lid and then to raise 1-2mm or so, in order to achieve the sealing tank body and the tank cover rotation function, and then lock the nut can be.  At last, place the lifting handle in the descent.
        Step4: Test seal
- After the above two steps finished, test seal is ready to start. Turn on the power switch, put a jar and lid in it. Place the lifting handle in the ascent, at this time, the motor will automatically rotate. The right hand grasps the pressure roller handle in turn presses the first pressure roller and the second pressure roller onto the pressure head (Note: Pull the handle should be stable, when the speed is too fast, the edge seal appears choppiness or flash). When the second pressure wheel pressure on the pressure head back left about 5 - 10mm or so, at this time, lift the operating handle placed in the descent place. The workpiece follows the bottom mold down in place after the pressure wheel handle drop back. Take out and see if this effect is OK. Once the effect is not ideal, re-use eccentric wheel to adjust it.
    NOTES:
    (1) This standard machine with one set mold(85mm), one set mold only suit for one size.
    (2) We suggest you to seal plastic cans.
