Description:
- CPY specular reflection sensor designed specifically for detecting hollow and transparent objects. Compared to other specular reflective photoelectric sensors, this product has greatly improved its detection ability for hollow and transparent objects through stable control of backlash. The detection distance has reached 2m, and the response time has also reached 60ms. The actual measurement can accurately detect transparent or opaque objects (including hollow objects) with a diameter of 40mm or more (calibrated as 75mm in diameter). It can be installed with two screws, and the button adjustment is simple and direct. One button can solve 90% of the problem, and can achieve one click reset, one click calibration, and so on. It is a sensor with exquisite workmanship, accurate detection, stability, and reliability.

Using Instruction:
- Conventional use: Typically, the diffuse reflective light switch includes a transmitter and receiver in the shell. The light emitted by the transmitter is reflected back to the receiver from the detection object, and the receiver evaluates the received light intensity. If the light intensity exceeds the switching threshold, the switch is triggered. The detection distance of the photoelectric switch is determined by the color of the target. If the target is a black or small object, the detection distance will decrease.
- Installation instructions: The photoelectric switch can be directly installed on the mounting hole or bracket.
- Adjustment instructions: Align the photoelectric switch with the background and connect the photoelectric switch to the power supply. At this point, the green LED should remain power-on. If the orange LED is also constantly on, the detection distance must be shortened by using the detection distance control button until the orange LED goes out.
- Object detection: Place the detected object in the emitting beam, so that the light spot falls on the object. If the photoelectric switch detects an object, the orange LED will light up. On the contrary, please increase the detection distance by adjusting the detection distance button until the orange LED lights up.
- Maintenance measures: It is recommended that you regularly clean the specular surface and check if the connectors and screws are loose.
