Description:
- HMC241 is a universal low-cost non reflective SP4T switch, which adopts a 16pin QSOP package. The device has a switching frequency range of DC-3.5GHz, with high isolation and low insertion loss of 0.7dB at 2GHz. This switch provides single positive bias and true TTL/CMOS compatibility. This switch integrates a 2:4 decoder, requiring only two control lines and a positive bias to select each path, thus replacing the eight control lines typically required for GaAs SP4T switches.
