Board Instruction:
- Main chip for ZYNQ upgraded to 7020 (new industrial grade)
- 512MB DDR3 (4Gbit)
- TF card slot (can be responsible for TF start)
- 128Mbit (16MB) QSPI FLASH (can be started)
- One channel EEPROM 2KB (PL)
- Two LED lights (PL)
- Two keys (PL) + one key to control system POR reset
- One channel UART (connected to the PL) TYPE C port
- Lead 68 channel GPIOs (all are PL end leads) (34 groups) are all connected in pairs using differential lines, and the differential lines are equal in length.
- One side of the BANK is independently powered, and the BANK voltage can be adjusted through the resistance
- Gigabit Ethernet (connected to the PL end)
- HDMI output interface
- PL is connected with 50M active crystal oscillator, HDMI and USB, and ESD electrostatic protection devices
