The main difference between the two models is the FPGA device. PZ-ZU4EV-KFB is based on the XCZU4EV-2SFVC784I, while PZ-ZU5EV-KFB features the higher-capacity XCZU5EV-2SFVC784I.

The PZ-ZU5EV-KFB provides more FPGA resources, making it better suited for larger and more complex designs, hardware acceleration, image/video processing, and other compute-intensive applications. PZ-ZU4EV-KFB offers a more compact resource configuration for applications with lower FPGA resource requirements.
