PE42520 9kHz-13GHz SPDT Absorptive RF Switch Module Single-Pole Double-Throw Switch + Optional SMT32 Main Control Board

Introduction:
- The PE42520 SPDT absorptive RF switch is designed for use in Test/ATE and other high performance wireless applications. This broadband general purpose switch maintains excellent RF performance and linearity from 9kHz through 13GHz. This switch is a pin-compatible upgraded version of PE42552 with higher power handling of 36dBm continuous wave (Cw) and 38dBm instantaneous power in 50 ohm at 8 GHz. The PE42520 exhibits high isolation, fast settling time.

- Optional control logic: When the V1 port is high, RFC and RF1 are conductive; When the V1 port is low, RFC and RF2 are conductive.

Communication Protocol:
(1) TTL serial communication: baud rate 9600. Channel protocol control: "CH-01"; Modify the corresponding values based on the number of channels selected, and be sure to add a return.
(2) USB virtual serial communication: No baud rate required. Channel protocol control: "CH-01"; Modify the corresponding values based on the number of channels selected, and be sure to add a return.
