- The Titan Board is equipped with a 1GHz Arm Cortex-M85 and a 250MHz Arm Cortex-M33 dual-core RA8P1 chip. It is a 32-bit AI acceleration microcontroller (MCU) featuring the high-performance for Arm Cortex-M85 (CM85) with vector extensions for Helium and the integrated NPU for Ethos-U55. The RA8P1 enables AI in edge devices with low latency, low power consumption, and enhanced security, supporting AI application scenarios such as voice interaction, visual recognition, and real-time analysis.
