Tarot TL2963 Drone Payload Release Mechanism 60KG Heavy Duty Electronic Dropper Quick Release System

The Tarot factory-manufactured electronic drone payload release mechanism is made from 6063 aviation-grade aluminum and 304 stainless steel, precision-machined and assembled using CNC processing.

The mechanism features a mechanical lever design that reduces the output power required by the drive mechanism, allowing the release device to remain compact. The hinged joints of the lever mechanism are designed to prevent jamming under heavy payload loads. In extreme load testing, the mechanism operated smoothly while handling an 80kg load.

Multiple electronic payload release mechanisms from this series can be installed according to the application and operating environment. Each release mechanism can be controlled independently, allowing users to set the release sequence for individual payloads.

Note: This product uses standard PWM remote-control servo signal decoding. The following instructions assume that the decoded signal is expressed as a travel range of 0-100%.

1. PWM Signal at 0-59% Travel: The device remains inactive, and the red LED remains on.

2. PWM Signal at 60-100% Travel: The payload release switch is triggered, and the green LED flashes once. After the release operation is completed, the green LED remains on. One trigger initiates two consecutive release operations.

3. No PWM Signal Detected: The red LED flashes at a rate of 2 times per second.

4. Power-On Initialization: If the detected PWM input is within the 60-100% travel range during initialization, the green LED flashes at a rate of 2 times per second. This continues until the PWM input is adjusted to the 0-59% travel range, at which point the operation described in Item 1 takes effect.
