Finished Board TDA7293 Stereo Power Amplifier Board 100Wx2 OP07 DC Servo 5534 Independent Operational Amplifier

Specification:

- Power supply voltage: AC12 - 28V x 2 (dual AC)
- Power supply power: 100W above is recommended
- Output power: 100W x 2 max.
- Output impedance: 4 - 16ohms
- Channel: 2-channel stereo
- Circuit structure: TDA7293 + OP07 + NE5534
- Features: pre-stage stabilized DC servo with protection
- Protection characteristics: over-heat protection, DC protection, short-circuit protection
- Product size: about 149.6 x 135 x 52mm
- Net weight: about 550g

Precaution:
- It must use dual power supplies. Single power supply or batteries cannot be used. Please note.
- This circuit does not include a volume adjustment part. Please add a potentiometer or preamplifier board to achieve the function.
- The heat generation is related to both the output power and the environment. If the original heat dissipation cannot meet the requirements, a fan can be added for use.
- Noise detection method: Only connect the power supply and speaker (do not connect anything else, and do not plug in the audio input cable), turn down the volume, and then listen again to see if there is any current sound. If there is, the amplifier may have a problem. If not, there may be noise from the audio source (phone/computer, etc.) entering. Generally speaking, a slight squeaking background noise is normal, and this level cannot require no noise at all. Do not put your ears on the speaker to listen. Generally, it is not obvious about one meter. The input signal cable should be connected to the audio source and not suspended, otherwise it will induce noise!

Assembly Instruction:

1. It should be noted that the two TDA7293/OP07/5534 chips need to be assembled and soldered last, while OP07 does not require a base. The positions of the two 5534 chips should be installed with bases first, and the chips should not be assembled yet.
2. When welding, follow the principle of small first and then large, secondary first and then main, and ensure that there are no welding errors or reversals.
3. The main voltage (which may vary depending on the transformer) and protection voltage (about 12V DC), as well as the front-end voltage (about ± 15V), pass the power on test. The relay should be powered on for about 3 seconds and quickly turn off when the power is cut off.
4. Weld the OP07 and 5534 chips separately, and finally assemble the TDA7293 chip and solder it. The TDA7293 needs to be installed on the heat sink first, and then the power amplifier chip needs to be soldered. The order cannot be reversed to avoid mismatch with the heat sink holes and ensure that there are no issues such as pin soldering or virtual soldering. Finally, apply heat dissipation paste (not included) and tighten the screws.
5. Power on test: The relay should be powered on for about 3 seconds and then close. If it does not close, it indicates that there is an abnormality in the circuit, which needs to be carefully investigated and eliminated before being powered on again.
6. After the above steps are normal, the speaker can be connected for sound testing. Please gradually increase the volume from small to large to avoid impacting the speaker.

Package Included:
- 1 x Power Amplifier Board
