Operation Sequence:
1. Confirm the voltage specification (110V) and turn on the power switch;
2. Adjust the spring outlet gate; Please refer to the following operating instructions;
3. Place an aluminum plate to receive the separated spring;
4. Confirm that the turntable inside the material slip is running at high speed;
5. Open the circular cover above and insert the entangled spring (do not insert too much at once);
6. The separated spring sprays onto the aluminum plate;
7. This separator is suitable for use by operators on assembly machines.

Note:
- Please adjust the spring outlet appropriately according to the outer diameter size of the spring (refer to the scale of the outlet gate), and the outlet should be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the spring.
- After starting up, try to put in a small amount of spring to be separated; If the spring is not yet separated before spraying, please press the gate down to reduce the spring outlet, and the spring will automatically separate and spray out; If the spring cannot rotate out of the cylinder for a long time (not exceeding 10 seconds), please pull up the gate to enlarge the outlet, and the separated spring can be discharged.
- When the machine is working, do not open the top cover to prevent the spring from splashing and injuring yourself.
- After turning on the power, do not put your hands or other unrelated objects into the cylinder.
