HQRocoil-Mini Rogowski Coil Ultra-fine Flexible AC Current Probe 150A 20MHz Open-source Current Probe

Introduction:
- HQRocoil Mini is an open-source Rogowski coil flexible current probe based on domestically produced devices. The goal is to achieve an extremely fine flexible current probe that can be used to measure high-frequency AC current or pulse current in narrow spaces using ultra-low cost and 100% domestically produced devices. The probe consists of two parts: the coil body and the integrator. The coil body adopts a customized coil for Boniu Technology, which has been optimized and has a compact size, capable of passing through the pins of TO-220 or even smaller packaged transistors, and can be placed on the pins of many through-hole power components to achieve non-invasive current measurement. The integrator is responsible for conditioning the signal from the Rogowski coil and providing an output voltage proportional to the current in the conductor surrounded by the Rogowski coil.

- HQRocoil Mini adopts the classic open wound flexible Rogowski coil design, with one end of the coil that can be pulled out and fitted onto the tested conductor, and then plugged back into the coil handle. Therefore, non-invasive current testing can be easily achieved without breaking the circuit connections. The integrator provides a sensitivity of 10mV/A through BNC output, and is connected to an oscilloscope 1M Ω input through coaxial cable or BNC adapter for measurement, achieving a measurement range of up to 200A with a rated 150A. The integrator is equipped with a built-in lithium battery, with a battery life of over 2 hours. Users only need one coaxial cable for testing, which is simple and convenient. The carefully designed integrator housing allows users to directly connect to the oscilloscope port through an adapter, further eliminating the hassle of extra testing cables taking up too much space.

Safety Reminder:
- Due to the possibility of coil damage and the fact that this probe is commonly used to measure high-voltage exposed conductors (such as power device pins), the oscilloscope must be grounded to ensure personal safety during use.
- In addition, due to the presence of internal batteries, it is not suitable for use in high-temperature environments, and a series of dangerous operations such as overcharging, discharging, short circuiting, needle punching, etc. should not be performed on the battery to prevent battery explosion.
