The differences between XCKU5P and XC7K325T are as follows:


The number of Logic Cells in XCKU5P is 1.5 times that of XC7K325T, and both DSP and Memory are more than twice. Moreover, XKUC5P adopts 16nm technology, which has higher performance, lower power consumption, and higher frequency compared to XC7K325T.
