The thermometer also featured with BacklightLCD, High Accuracy,FastResponding Time (0.5 seconds), User Adjustable Emissivity (Preset  at 0.95) and Spectral Response from 900 to 1700 nm.

It is consist of Optics, Temperature Sensor signal amplifier, Processing circuit and LCD display. The device's onics translate the information into a temperature reading which is displayed on the LCD.
