Installation Questions & Solutions:

1. How to deal with no effect after installation
A. First confirm that there is a mobile phone signal at the outdoor antenna end, and it is above -50dbm, and whether the signal indication scale is full.
B. Make sure that the amplifier, antenna and other related accessories are selected correctly.
C. Confirm that all lines, distributors, antennas, and amplifiers are connected correctly.

2. After installation, the signal is improved, but no calls can be made
A. Confirm that the outdoor antenna is aligned with the base station.
B. Confirm that the communication distance between the outdoor antenna and the base station is within 5 kilometers.
C. Confirm that the line between the outdoor antenna and the amplifier is not more than 40m/131.2ft, not more than 20m/65.6ft is appropriate, and not less than 10m/32.8ft.
D. If the problem persists, replace the amplifier with a higher power or ask a professional to check and deal with it.

3. Bad call quality
A. Change the installation position and direction of the outdoor antenna.
B. Change the direction of the signal transmission line from the outdoor antenna to the amplifier (take the straightest and nearest line, don't turn the line too much, don't turn at a 90-degree angle).
C. Confirm whether the line from the outdoor antenna to the amplifier uses a coaxial cable above 50/70 ohm -5D.
D. 5. Treatment of interference to communication base stations
