About Settings on Your PC:
1. Speaker Output
* Selecting "Speaker Output" controls the following sound card outputs: Dual RCA (red and white), 3.5mm AUX and 6.35mm left and right balanced outputs.
* The sound card outputs DSD audio through these three groups of interfaces.
* The 3.5mm and 6.35mm outputs provide stronger output drive; please do not set the volume too high when using these ports.
* Customers can also change the sound signature by replacing the operational amplifier (op-amp).
2. SPDIF Output:
* SPDIF output controls the sound card's optical and coaxial digital audio outputs. Both interfaces output simultaneously, transmitting bitstream-encoded audio sources.
* Generally, the maximum digital output sampling rate from a computer is 24-bit, 192kHz. To play audio at this sampling rate, a compatible media player (such as Foobar2000) is required.
* For playing DTS or Dolby audio via the sound card, the sound card’s optical or coaxial output must be connected.
* Digital output will provide stereo output when playing stereo audio, 5.1 output for 5.1 audio, and usually 7.1 output for 7.1 audio.
* Playing audio above 5.1 channels on a computer system also requires specific players.
Sampling Rate Output:
After installing the sound card driver, the computer's sampling rate setting cannot be adjusted from the system side. Instead, a music player (such as Foobar2000) with exclusive output is required. The computer system supports a maximum playback sampling rate of 24-bit / 192,000 Hz.

DSD64: 2,822,400Hz (14.7 times 192,000Hz)
DSD128: 5,644,800Hz
DSD256: 11,289,600Hz
DSD512: 22,579,200Hz
Our sound card's digital chip and DAC support DSD512. Our technical team has tested perfect playback of DSD64, DSD128, DSD256, and DSD512. To play DSD512, you must set the output to ASIO + DSD. Because DSD playback requires high hardware performance, the AXF-16PRO+ uses four high-precision active crystal oscillators, five independent operational amplifiers, a gold-plated PCB, and active capacitors and resistors — all designed to enhance sound output quality.
For real DSD playback with Foobar2000: 1. Set the output to ASIO (set DSD512 to ASIO + DSD). 2. In SACD settings, select DSD.
