Product Introduction:
The RF signal generator uses original chips for TI to achieve fixed frequency source output. Depending on the customer's needs, it provides the corresponding point frequency output. The module is powered by +5V. It is small in size and consumes less power. It is a fixed frequency signal generator with an output frequency range of 10M~15G. Built-in high-performance 100M TCXO (external input reference version can also be selected), frequency stability of 0.5ppm, and the final RF signal output phase noise is better than -95dBc/Hz at 1k at 5G. It can be used directly as a low-phase noise local oscillator signal of your system, or as a local oscillator to achieve ultra-wideband signal source. At the same time, the module outputs an LD indication to characterize the working state of the module, with high (3.3V) being locked and low (OV) being faulty. The module can be applied directly as a system module or as a validation platform.
