20M-10G Wideband Frequency Source Generator Signal Source with Built-in Clock & Output ≥15dBm

We can perform functional verification of microwave RF systems according to customer requirements, including but not limited to broadband transceiver systems, TR components, broadband ultra-low phase noise frequency sources, high-speed frequency hopping systems, wideband agile frequency systems based on AD9361/AD9371, and broadband high-power amplifiers.

The fixed frequency signal generator is powered by 5V. It is small in size and low in power consumption. The 20M~10G broadband frequency source has a built-in high-performance 50M TCXO with a frequency stability of 0.5ppm. Its output phase noise is less than or equal to -90dBc at 1K at 10GHz. It can be used as a low-phase noise local oscillator signal for the system, or as a signal source for ultra-wideband. The module can be used directly as a system module or as a verification platform.
