Working Principle:
This sensor uses the principle of laser scattering. The laser is irradiated on the suspended particles in the air to produce scattering, and at the same time, the scattered light is collected at a certain angle to obtain the curve of the scattered light intensity with time. Furthermore, the microprocessor uses an algorithm based on the MIE theory to obtain the equivalent particle size of the particles and the number of particles of different sizes per unit volume.

Output Result:
1. The main output is mass concentration and concentration number of particles in a unit volume. The unit volume of the number of particles is 0.1 liter, and the unit of mass concentration is: microgram/cubic meter.
2. The output is divided into two states: active output and passive output. After the sensor is powered on, the default state is active output, that is, the sensor actively sends serial data to a host. The time interval is 200~800ms. The higher the concentration of airborne particles, the shorter the time interval. Active output is divided into two modes: steady mode and fast mode. When the concentration of particulate matter in the air changes slightly, the sensor output is in a steady mode, that is, the same set of values is output every three times, and the actual data update cycle is about 2s. When the concentration of particulate matter in the air changes greatly, the sensor output automatically switches to the fast mode, and each output is a new value, and the actual data update cycle is 200~800ms.
3. Temperature and humidity output: output the temperature and humidity of the sampled air sucked into the sensor.
