Description:
- The system adopts PCI-MIO-16E-4 data acquisition card for NI company. It is one of the for NI 6040E series data acquisition cards. It is a data acquisition card with excellent performance and suitable for PC and compatible computers. It can complete analog signal input/output and digital signal input/output functions. It has 16 analog input channels (8 analog input channels for differential input), 2 analog output channels, 8 digital I/Os, and 2 24 bit counters (for timing/counting functions).
- Before using the acquisition card, first install the acquisition card and insert it into the PCI slot of the PC. Since it is a data acquisition card for NI Company, it does not need to write the driver of the acquisition card, just restart the computer, put in the driver CD of the acquisition card, and automatically complete the installation according to the prompts. After installation, set the equipment number, analog input polarity, analog input mode, analog output polarity and other parameters. In addition, CB-68LP connection block, R6868 ribbon cable and other accessories are selected to connect the data acquisition card and the embedded computer system.
Connection:
- The system connects the embedded computer system with the PC through the data acquisition card, and the PC outputs the excitation signal to drive the embedded computer system to run, while the PC collects the output signal of the embedded computer system.
