Description:
This product is made of 7 series aviation aluminum and processed by imported five-axis machining center. The product processing accuracy reaches 0.005mm. The surface treatment is hard oxide, the surface color is uniform, there being no scratches and no burrs. The product runs smoothly without any abnormal noise. Each quick-change body side and fixture side produced in this shop can be matched with the body side and fixture side of any batch for EINS, and they all have passed the load test and running test before shipment. The easiest way to judge whether the product can be exchanged correctly and used smoothly is to use a feeler gauge of over 0.03mm after the body side and the fixture side are vented and locked. The smooth insertion gap is NO, and the non-insertion gap is OK.
