Description:
This product is made of 7 series aviation aluminum and processed by imported five-axis machining center. The product processing accuracy reaches 0.005mm. The surface treatment is hard oxide and the surface color is uniform, there being no scratches and no burrs. It runs smoothly without any abnormal noise. In order to ensure the sealing and durability of the product, all parts of the product such as wear-resistant rings, sealing rings, and springs are imported. Each product has passed the pressure maintaining test, load test and running test before shipment. We randomly inspect each batch of products, and the durability test is two million times. During the test, the product boasts stable performance and high repeat positioning accuracy.

Each quick change robot side and tool side produced by us can be matched with the robot side and tool side of any batch for EINS. All the tool changers have passed load test and running test before delivery. The easiest way to judge whether the product can be used to replace your old one is to use a feeler gauge of over 0.03mm to test after the robot side and the tool side are vented and locked. Our tool changer can be used to replace your own one when it is smooth to insert the feeler gauge into the gap between the robot side and the tool side. It cannot be used when the feeler gauge cannot be inserted into the gap.
