Instructions for Use:
1. Power supply: voltage 220V, frequency 50Hz, AC power supply.
2. Install the grinding head: unscrew the alloy sheath first, insert the diamond grinding head to the appropriate depth of the chuck, gently press the bayonet, turn the lock nut to let the bayonet snap into the slot in the motor shaft, tighten the lock nut with a wrench, and then tighten the alloy sheath, taking care not to expose the diamond grinding head.
3. Debug the machine: adjust the speed wheel to low gear, connect the power plug, slowly turn the speed wheel, check whether the machine rotates flexibly and the sound is normal, it is appropriate to use medium and high speed when using.
4. Correct operation: the motor is an air-cooled motor. Do not block the air inlet or air outlet by hand. Due to the high-speed operation of the motor, it is normal to have a slight heat in the front section when working for a long time, but it should not be hot. When the motor is overheated, it should be cooled before use.
5. Cleaning and storage: after use, the alloy sheath, diamond grinding head, lock nut, chuck, etc. should be removed, cleaned and disinfected and dried; wipe the dirt on the surface of the molar with a dry cloth, and store in a cool and dry for reuse.
6. Carbon brush: carbon brush is an electrical conductor, featuring long service life, safety and reliability.
