- The HMC273MS10G (E) is a universal,wideband,5-bit positive controlled GaAs IC digital attenuator in a 10-lead MSOP plastic package.The operating frequency range is 0.7 to 3.7 GHz and the typical insertion loss is less than 2.5 dB.At 31 dB total attenuation,the attenuator bit value is 1 (LSB),2,4,8 and 16 dB.At ± 0.2 dB (typical),IIP3> +48 dBm.
- Five control voltage inputs toggle between 0 and +3 to +5 V for selecting each attenuation state.A single Vdd bias of +3 to +5 V is applied through the external 5K Ohm resistor.
