Air Conditioner 5-Wire DC Brushless Fan Motor Detector DC Motor Driver Board Compatible with DC155V/DC310V

Introduction:
- PCB board size: 90.8 x 85.6mm (±0.3mm), using FR-4-1.6mm double-sided board design.
- The main filtering capacitor adopts a power specific 450V/68uF high-frequency low resistance capacitor (temperature resistant to 105°C).
- The motor speed range can be achieved through the potentiometer on the board: 0-100% maximum speed.
- There are 8 sets of motor testing interfaces on the board, which have stronger applicability and are suitable for testing/speed regulation/aging of 5-wire DC 310V brushless motors from brands: for KELON, SUPRAIR, LEADER, MIDEA, CHIGO, GREE, HAISENSE, WAHIN, YAIR, CHANGHONG, MBO, LEJN, XIAOMI, TCL, WEILING, GALANZ, Whirlpool, Little Swan, AUX, SHIBAURA, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, LG, DAIKIN, Hitachi, Fujitsu, etc.
- Module integrated input surge protection, high voltage release, negative temperature NTC surge protection, motor 15V short circuit protection.
- This module has been provided to the motor factory for motor aging testing and has been optimized and tested successfully.
- Using covered wiring terminals, the input voltage is compatible with AC input AC110V-AC220V (50HZ/60HZ) power supply, corresponding to DC165V-DC310V motor use.
- The motherboard integrates a high-voltage release resistor, which will automatically release the high-voltage stored in the capacitor after power failure (the power indicator light will turn off).
- The motherboard is designed, produced, tested, packaged, and shipped by ourselves, and personally tested with fixtures to ensure there are no issues.
- There are power indicator lights and motor feedback indicator lights on the module (used to indicate power supply/high voltage discharge and motor feedback testing).
- Compatible with DC155V and DC310V (depending on AC input) five wire DC brushless motors, capable of driving motors up to 200W for a long time.
