Safety Reminders:
1. It is strictly prohibited to input high voltage into the solar controller. The input voltage of the solar panel cannot exceed 145 volts.
2. It is strictly prohibited to charge low voltage batteries with high voltage settings. The type and voltage should be consistent with the battery being charged; The factory default is 24V lead-acid battery.
3. It is strictly prohibited to reverse connect the positive and negative poles of DC equipment. Pay attention to distinguishing the positive and negative poles. Connect the solar panel first to ensure that the output voltage level is correct before connecting the battery.
4. It is strictly prohibited to replace large fuses or use copper wires as substitutes. When replacement is required, fuses with the same specifications and parameters should be used.
5. Solar panels are series connected components and should be placed entirely under sunlight to avoid obstruction. On cloudy days or at night, when the solar energy is not powered, the solar controller does not work and does not consume battery power.
6. If only the battery is connected without the solar panel connected, the controller will not work.
7. When connecting the battery, the positive and negative polarities should be carefully confirmed repeatedly, otherwise the controller fuse will be burned out, especially the wiring of the master should be careful.
8. The factory default setting is a 24 volt lead-acid battery and it is in a locked state.
9. The wires connecting the controller to the solar panel or battery should be as short and thick as possible, which is beneficial for reducing line losses and improving power generation efficiency.
10. The installation of the controller should consider stability, ensure insulation of the wiring, take waterproof measures, and prevent children from accidental touching.
11. The open circuit voltage of a solar panel refers to the voltage measured without any load, and should not exceed the maximum input voltage required by the controller.
