Description:
The Tarot TL2965 20KG Heavy-Duty Electronic Payload Release with Safety Lock is part of Tarot's heavy-duty electronic release series. Based on the original TL2962 20KG electronic payload release, the TL2965 features an additional safety locking mechanism designed to significantly reduce the risk of accidental payload release.
Before releasing a payload, the safety lock must first be disengaged by triggering the corresponding PWM signal. The release command must then be triggered within 1 second to activate the release function. If the release command is not triggered within this 1-second window, the system times out and automatically returns to the locked safety state.
This product is manufactured using CNC-machined 6063 aluminum alloy and 304 stainless steel components. Its mechanical lever design reduces the output power required from the drive mechanism, allowing the release unit to remain compact. The hinged linkage structure is designed to help prevent jamming under heavy payload loads.

Operating Instructions and LED Status Indicators:
* Note: This product decodes standard PWM remote-control servo signals (1000-2000μs).
1. No PWM Signal Detected
* If the payload release does not detect an incoming PWM signal, the red LED flashes.
2. Power-On and Standby Mode
* When the unit is first powered on, if the initial PWM signal is outside the 1400-1699μs range, the blue LED flashes.
* Set the PWM signal within the 1400-1699μs range to enter normal standby mode. The red LED remains steadily illuminated.
3. Safety Lock Disengagement
* Set the PWM signal within the 1700-2000μs range to disengage the safety lock. The red LED turns off, and the blue LED illuminates steadily.
* The safety lock remains disengaged for 1 second. If the release command is not triggered within this period, the safety mechanism automatically locks again and the blue LED flashes.
* To return to the normal pre-unlock state, reset the PWM signal to the 1400-1699μs range. The unit can then be operated again.
4. Payload Release
* Within 1 second after the safety lock has been disengaged, set the PWM signal within the 1000-1399μs range to trigger the payload release command.
* After a successful release, the blue LED remains steadily illuminated.
