Introduction:

- Screening: Not the crystal you used can work as a filter. After resonance frequency point and physical fitness detection, only 25% of crystals can be used.
- Pairing: Crystals must be paired to achieve the best working performance. Only 30% of batches can be paired successfully.
- Design: Crystal filter circuit design. The input impedance of crystals changes greatly, which matches the circuit design.
- Debugging: The characteristics of each crystal are not exactly the same. We must manually perform accurate debugging according to the impedance characteristics.
- Instrument: The bandwidth of the crystal filter is particularly narrow. Special instruments are required. General oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers cannot be used.
