Description:
This kit is designed to receive calls between the aircraft and the tower. With a good antenna (VHF section yagi antenna), the open area can receive calls between various types of aircraft and the tower within about 190Km. Universal interface, easy for fans to match the shell, as long as the shell larger than this board can be used.

Circuit Principle:
-Antenna to receive signals first enters a bandpass filter, bandpass filter function is to ensure that the 118 MHZ to 136 MHZ signal can be put into CD7358 high, other signal is maximum attenuation. CD7358 internal has a voltage-controlled oscillator at the same time, the frequency changes in D2 junction capacitance, design covers about 120 MHZ to 150 MHZ.
-Native intermediate frequency is 10.7 MHz. After CD7358 mixing signal to 10.7 MHz ceramic filter, its function is to filter out irrelevant signals generated by mixing, and then giving CD7613 further intermediate frequency signal and amplification, detection, and the low, and then sent the headphone output.
-Among them, the AGC function performed by CD7613.
 
Component Selection:
All less than 1000 pf the capacitors for high frequency of ceramics, greater than 1uf capacitance for aluminum electrolytic capacitors, all resistance are a quarter w 5% fixed resistance.
 
Production Debugging:
Before you install all components,  test all the transistor, resistor, capacitor with a multimeter again. And then read the control circuit diagram and the identity of the PCB mounting of all components. General comply with installation sequence form low to high. To install socket in integrated circuit at the same time, which can effectively avoid the core of integrated circuit welding bad. Checking everything is in order, after turning on the juice and the socket insert the headset, put the W2 turn clockwise to the end, then should be able to hear white noise. Connecting the antenna to a soft line of 60cm, you can hear the noise significantly larger or hear FM radio, which means that radio frequency (rf) channel basically has no problem.
