Connects TVs Supporting ARC via HDMI-Compatible Cable:
- Connect to an HDMI-compatible IN port marked "ARC" or "eARC/ARC" on your TV. Such a label indicates that the port supports either "ARC only" or "both eARC and ARC". If the decoder is connected to a port that does not support ARC, you cannot use the ARC input function of this product.
- For this type of connection, use an HDMI-compatible cable (19-pin) with an HDMI-compatible logo indicating compatibility with ARC. You may need to change the settings on your TV. Please see your TV's user manual.
- This product cannot output video (This means HDMI-compatible ARC, not HDMI-compatible. It supports digital signal input, not video input).
- If you want to play audio from a TV that does not support ARC, please connect the audio output port of the TV to the audio IN interface (OPTICAL, COAXIAL or AUX) of this product.
