Design Advantages:

1. Analog-to-digital isolation
In terms of layout, a strict distinction has been made between analog and digital circuits. Physically, it separates sensitive analog components from noisy digital components, prevents digital component noise from mixing into the signal system, and maintains a clean environment in the analog area. The connection between the ground plane, the power supply, and the "star" ground is constructed by multiple wide copper strip to obtain minimal resistance and inductance. 0Ω resistor grounding prevents AC coupling between the analog and digital ground planes.

2. Linear regulated power supply
The output of the linear regulated power supply bypass tantalum capacitor has an ESR value of 2Ω. This value is in the center of the stability range, which effectively compensates for the LDO to avoid the oscillation filtering caused by the ESR of the output capacitor being too high or too low, and the X7R level is selected for the high-frequency capacitor, which increases the high-frequency noise filtering effect and transient response, and maintains the stability of the output voltage.

Precision measurement has been extended to applications that require higher and higher power efficiency and low noise. And as the power rails to power the ADC, a high PSRR LDO is used to handle thermal noise and flicker noise to ensure an excellent signal-to-noise ratio.

3. Reference design
Reference is the backbone of ADCs. With a high-precision series voltage reference with very low output noise and drift, it can be used as ideal ADC reference. At the same time, the reference output pin is selected with a tantalum capacitor with large ESR, which stores enough charge for the internal conversion capacitor extraction of the ADC to ensure the stability of the reference voltage.

4. Wheatstone bridge
The Wheatstone bridge test interface is a high-precision and high-sensitivity test method that collects the voltage at both ends of a variable bridge by judging the balance of the bridge. At the same time, this avoids the error caused by the change of power supply over time, cancels out the resistance of the wire, eliminates the influence of the connecting wire, and provides a stable signal source for tests. Both the left and right wings of the board provide a test bridge interface, which allows users to evaluate the performance of the ADC in an intuitive way.
