The Difference Between Standard Motors and Encoder Motors
* Standard Motors: Easy to use. They start running with two-stage power-on and allow speed adjustment. However, they do not support precise speed control, cannot read motor speed, and are not capable of closed-loop control.
* Encoder Motors: Start running with power-on and allow speed adjustment. They enable precise control through algorithms (closed-loop control) and can read motor speed or provide feedback on motor position.
