Performance and Functions:
1. Power supply: the power input uses a common 12v power input, and the interface specification is a common one of 5.5*2.5. The external 12v power supply does not require special requirements and is easier to configure. With polarity protection, you no longer have to worry about reverse wiring that make equipment burned. It can withstand 10A high power load and can drive four substrates. It can easily face large substrates, so you don't have to worry about insufficient power supply. Exclusive support for -5V power output (required by some old boards for sound parts) and compatible with more boards! Power protection part: CBOX inner short-circuit protection function can prevent short-circuit caused by board insertion. The external power supply also has a protection function. In addition, it adds an external power grid impulse impulse protection circuit, which can effectively prevent lightning strikes and impulse impulses when switching on and off.
2. Video output: support RCA RGBS, SCART (EU), YCRCB and S terminal output. Its output is excellent. A variety of output signals can meet the needs of various display devices such as ordinary TVs and color monitors!
3. CBOX can be used as a video conversion box. It can be used in home machines such as for SS and PS, connected to the RCA head RGBS or SCART interface input on the CBOX to convert the color difference and S terminal output, featuring good effect! Instructions for use: Press the MODE switch to switch to the conversion box, and when the switch is up, it is in arcade mode. Remember not to do the opposite, otherwise there will be no picture!
4. Support dual interface, joypads for SEGA SS and SNK (db15 interface), you can make your own joystick or game controller input according to the interface diagram. Support 6-key function and external key access. The substrate for Street Fighter requires external access to achieve 6 keys.
5. Use brightness switch (2 levels) to adjust display brightness. It is very convenient to use, solving the trouble of repeated adjustment with potentiometer and the problem of short life.
6. With 5V display. The voltage of the adjustment knob has an adjustment range of about 5.13 to 5.25. Note that the display will only change after a jump of about 0.05v, which is a normal phenomenon.
7. Adjust the position of the screen. Press the SYNC switch to start, then the adjustable H-POS or V-POS knob can adjust the screen position. Enabling this function can also improve the compatibility of some substrates, especially the duplication board, which requires this function to display properly. Please note that each substrate and display device will have some differences.
8. Stereo/mono switch. Generally, the common substrates are mono, and the mono potentiometer is generally 3-pin. Press the switch to mono, otherwise the sound will be abnormal. Stereo board generally has two potentiometers on the board, or the potentiometer has many pins. For example, the large deck for SNK is stereo.
