Description:
It is a ultra-wideband low-phase noise amplifier, supporting full band 10M-12000M and with noise figure ≤5 and gain >30dB. The flatness of the full frequency band is very good, with a flatness of no more than 2dB. It is powered by 5V. The LNA amplifier can be used as an input low-noise amplifier for a wide-band receiver or as a driving stage for frequency mixers' local oscillator signal. It can be applied directly as a system module or as a validation platform.
